Strength Training 101

Join Gymguyz Richmond as we host an interactive strength training workshop at Intermission Beer Co. Come learn about the basics of building your very own strength training program. We’ll be talking about weights, reps, splits, etc. to help you reach your goals. The workshop will be followed by a 30 minute workout focused around the basic strength training moves to learn about form and progressions! This will be an interactive workshop and workout, so come ready to learn and sweat!
