Project Vision: The “Welcome to Hanover” Mural
The mural will be a visually striking and professionally designed art piece, serving as a vibrant gateway and greeting to all who visit Hanover. Our goal is for this mural to:
- Celebrate Hanover’s Identity: Incorporating elements that reflect Hanover’s unique history, culture, and community spirit.
- Enhance Local Aesthetics: Beautifying a prominent building exterior with high-quality public art.
- Create a Photo Opportunity: Becoming a recognizable landmark and popular spot for visitors and residents alike to share on social media, further promoting the area.
- Foster Community Connection: Serving as a collaborative project that brings together local business and a key community organization.
Intermission Beer Company is committed to commissioning local artist, Cidney Oleniacz, to design and execute this significant artwork, ensuring its quality and artistic integrity. Cidney has recently completed murals for the City of Richmond and surrounding counties.
